‘Animal’ is unstoppable at the box office. On its third Saturday, the film managed to not just cross the Rs 800 crore mark worldwide, but has reached the Rs 500 crore club in India.

‘ANIMAL’ ENTERS RS 500 CRORE CLUB

‘Animal’ took on Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Sam Bahadur’ at the box office worldwide. While both the films received love from the audience, ‘Animal’ seems to be unstoppable at the box office. The Ranbir Kapoor-starrer has minted Rs 498.14 crore nett in India, according to early estimates.

It has fallen short of Rs 500 crore by less than Rs 2 crore and it is now safe to say that the film has made an entry into the Rs 500 crore club. On Day 16, i.e., December 16, the film reportedly minted Rs 13 crore as compared to Rs 8.3 crore on Day 15, Friday.

Well, the film will reign at the box office till December 21, before the arrival of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’. Moreover, on December 22, ‘Salaar’ will also hit the theatres.

ABOUT ‘ANIMAL’

‘Animal’ has been written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, the film also starred Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, and Siddhanth Karnik amongst others. The film is about the tumultuous relationship between a father and son. Ranbir played the role of Ranvijay, who is a ruthless man consumed by vengeance.
